By accessing or using the TopNotch Nail Bar Georgetown website (topnotchnailbargeorgetown.com) and our in-salon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, guests and customers of TopNotch Nail Bar, located at 1314 W University Ave, Suite 107, Georgetown, TX 78628.

TopNotch Nail Bar provides manicure, pedicure, nail enhancement, waxing and related beauty services. Service descriptions, durations and prices published on this website are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to reserve your preferred time and technician. Appointment requests made through our website, chat, phone or social media are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the next guest is not delayed.

Life happens — we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible, ideally at least 4 hours before your appointment, so we can offer the slot to another guest.

You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (737) 394-7459. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Promotional offers, including our first-time guest offer of 20% off plus a complimentary drink, are subject to the following conditions:

Each promotion code is issued to one named guest and may be redeemed once, in person, at our Georgetown location. Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

Only one promotion code may be registered per person. Duplicate registrations using the same name, email address or phone number will not receive an additional code.

We reserve the right to verify identity at redemption, to decline codes that appear misused, and to modify or end any promotion at any time.

Prices listed on this website are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your service is the price you pay.

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Tips for your technician are appreciated but never expected.

Gift cards are available in any amount at our front desk. Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at our Georgetown location only, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Your safety is our priority. Metal tools are sanitized and sterilized after every guest, files and buffers are single-use, and pedicure stations are thoroughly cleaned before each service.

Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions or injuries before your service begins so we can adapt or, where necessary, decline a service for your safety.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious condition, or to any guest whose behavior is unsafe or disrespectful to our team or other guests.

We welcome young guests. Children under 10 receiving our kids services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the service.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of TopNotch Nail Bar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping its content at scale, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

While we take every care with our services and this website, TopNotch Nail Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
